1. Preparation:

Heat fresh water to 80–85ºC (Not boiling)

Add 1 teaspoons of purple tea leaves per cup of water.

2. Infusion:

Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for 3–5 minutes.

For a stronger flavor, you can extend the steeping time.

3. Enjoy:

Strain the tea to remove the leaf particles.

You may re-steep the leaves 2–3 times as each brew brings out new flavours
